摘要
利用八世代835头后备宣和猪的生长发育性能数据,对70日龄体重(X1)、4月龄体重(X2)、6月龄体长(X3)、6月龄体高(X4)、6月龄胸围(X5)和6月龄体重(Y)6个性状进行了相关和通径分析,并在此基础上采用逐步回归法建立了估计6月龄体重的最优回归方程。结果表明:宣和猪的生长性能经过8个世代的选育后已达到较高水平;各生长性状间在表型值上都存在不同程度的相关,其中以6月龄体长与6月龄体高之间的相关程度最高(r=0.8753),6月龄体长与6月龄胸围之间的相关程度次之,相关系数为0.8708,而70日龄体重与6月龄体重间的相关程度最低(r=0.2614);本研究分析的6个性状间都呈正相关;估计6月龄体重的最优回归方程为:Y=3.1448-0.2583X1+0.4296X2+0.3767X3+0.6026X4-0.2275X5。
The data of 835 Xuanhe pig were used to carry correlation and path analysis among 8 growth and development performance traits,body weight at 70 days(X1),body weight at 4 months old(X2),body length at 6 months old(X3),body height at 6 months old(X4),chest circumference at 6 months old(X5)and body weight at 6 months old(Y).The optimized regression equation for estimating body weight at 6 months old was established by stepwise regression.The results showed that the growth traits of Xuanhe pig were improved to a higher level by 8 generations of selection.Different degree correlations were showed between these traits.Of which the correlation coefficient between body length at 6 months old and body height at 6 months old was reached to 0.8753,which was the highest.The second was that between body length at 6 months old and chest circumference at 6 month old(r=0.8708),and the smallest was that between the body weight at 70 days and body weight at 6 months old(r=0.2614).All the correlations were positive.The optimized equation for estimating body weight at 6 months old was Y=3.1448-0.2583X1+0.4296X2+0.3767X3+0.6026X4-0.2275X5.
