老年高血压患者行坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果及安全性观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of candesartan and amlodipine besylate tablet in the treatment of hypertension in the aged

目的探讨老年高血压患者行坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2015年06月至2017年12月我院收治的110例老年高血压患者,进行随机数字表法随机分组。对照组在综合管理的基础上给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予坎地沙坦酯片降压治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、代谢相关指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为92.73%,显著高于对照组80.00%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者SBP、DBP水平具有可比性,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者SBP、DBP均较治疗前有改善,与治疗前比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者SBP、DBP改善更为显著,与对照组比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组HOMA-IR、mA1b以及SCr等代谢指标均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者未发现与药物治疗的相关不良反应。结论老年高血压患者行坎地沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,能够有效降低血压并改善代谢相关指标,药物安全性高,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore Clinical efficacy and safety of candesartan and amlodipine besylate tablet in the treatment of hypertension in the aged.Methods A total of 110 elderly hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital from 06 months to December 2017 from 06 to December 2017 were randomly divided into random numbers.The control group was given Amlodipine Besylate Tablets antihypertensive therapy on the basis of comprehensive management.Observation group:on the basis of the control group,Kandishatanzhi Pian was given antihypertensive treatment.The treatment effect,metabolic index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,which was higher than that of the control group(80%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients before treatment of SBP and DBP level had no obvious difference,not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment in patients with SBP and DBP were improved after treatment,compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the patients in the observation group SBP and DBP improved more obviously,and the control group was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the metabolic indexes such as HOMA-IR,mA1 b and SCr in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Candesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in elderly hypertensive patients can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve metabolic related indicators.The safety of the drug is high,which is of great significance in clinical promotion.
