探讨磁共振成像在肩关节周围炎的病情评价中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像在肩关节周围炎的病情评价中的应用价值。方法选取我院在2017年1月至2018年2月收治的80例肩关节周围炎患者作为研究组进行研究,另选80名健康体检者作为对照组进行研究,对两组进行磁共振成像诊断,观察对比两组影像学特征以及磁共振成像在肩关节周围炎病情评价中的应用价值。结果研究组患者肌筋膜厚度、冈上肌腱厚度及冈下肌腱厚度较对照组健康人员,有统计学意义(P<0.05);磁共振成像在肩关节周围炎病情评价中具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。结论磁共振成像在肩关节周围炎的病情评价中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效反映患者的冈上肌腱厚度、冈下肌腱厚度以及肌筋膜厚度,诊断价值高,值得在临床上进一步采用和推广。 Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of the disease around the shoulder joint.Methods Eighty patients with periarthritis of the shoulder who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study group.Eighty other healthy subjects were selected as the control group for MRI diagnosis.The imaging characteristics of the two groups and the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of the inflammation around the shoulder joint were observed.Results The myofascial thickness,supraspinatus tendon thickness and thickness of the infraorbital tendon were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Magnetic resonance imaging had higher sensitivity in the evaluation of the inflammation around the shoulder joint.specificity Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging has a high application value in the evaluation of the inflammation around the shoulder joint,which can effectively reflect the thickness of the supraspinatus tendon,the thickness of the infraspound tendon and the thickness of the myofascial fascia.The diagnostic value is high and it is worth further promotion.
