多层螺旋CT血管成像对腹部巨大肿块定位、定性诊断的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography on localization and qualitative diagnosis of huge abdominal mass

目的探索多层螺旋CT血管成像对腹部巨大肿块定位、定性诊断的应用效果。方法在2017年5月16日至2018年5月16日期间选取154例疑似腹部巨大肿块患者为此次研究对象,均进行多层螺旋CT血管成像诊断,并以病理检查结果为金标准,分析CT的定位、定性价值。结果多层螺旋CT血管成像对肾平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断正确率为95.00%,对生殖系统来源肿瘤诊断正确率为97.14%,对肠道来源肿瘤诊断正确率为97.87%,对肾癌诊断正确率为92.31%,对肝癌诊断正确率为96.00%。同时对腹部巨大肿块漏诊率为3.57%,误诊率为7.14%,敏感度为96.43%,特异度为92.86%。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像在腹部巨大肿块诊断中,可提高诊断正确率。

Objective To explore the application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the localization and qualitative diagnosis of large abdominal masses.Methods A total of 154 patients with suspected large abdominal masses were selected from May 16,2017 to May 16,2017.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT angiography,and the results of pathological examination were the gold standard.Analyze the positioning and qualitative value of CT.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT angiography for renal smooth muscle lipoma was 95.00%,the correct rate of diagnosis for reproductive system-derived tumors was 97.14%,and the correct rate for diagnosis of intestinal-derived tumors was 97.87%.For 92.31%,the correct rate for diagnosis of liver cancer was 96.00%.At the same time,the rate of missed diagnosis of huge abdominal mass was 3.57%,the misdiagnosis rate was 7.14%,the sensitivity was 96.43%,and the specificity was 92.86%.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography can improve the diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of large abdominal mass.
