生物反馈联合盆底治疗对压力性尿失禁产妇的疗效

Effect of Biofeedback Combined with Pelvic Floor Therapy on Maternal with Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的探讨生物反馈联合盆底治疗对压力性尿失禁产妇的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院产后尿失禁患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例)与观察组(40例);对照组患者给予单纯盆底肌训练;观察组患者给予生物反馈联合盆底治疗。比较两组治疗后盆底肌力与治疗3个月后治疗疗效及并发症比较。结果治疗前两组患者盆底肌肉无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组盆底肌力功能明显改善,且观察组盆底肌力改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗3个月后疗效总有效率分别为100.00%、76.50%,且观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均无阴道感染等不良反应。结论临床中治疗产后压力性尿失禁产妇采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练,明显改善产妇盆底肌功能,且达到理想疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback combined with pelvic floor therapy on maternal with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 74 cases of postpartum urinary incontinence in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=40).The control group received the pelvic floor muscle training,while the observation group received the biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle training.After treatment for 3 mon,the pelvic floor muscle strength,efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength had no difference before treatment(P>0.05),which were improved in both groups after treatment,and were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(100.00%vs 76.50%,P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as vaginal infection were found in the two groups.Conclusion The application of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic muscle exercises can effectively ameliorate the pelvic floor muscle strength for maternal with stress urinary incontinence.
