药物洗脱支架植入术后冠脉瘤形成的研究进展

The Study Advance of Coronary Artery Aneurysms after Drug-Eluting Stent

随着药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stent,DES)在临床中的广泛引用,在患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后期血管造影随访过程中,发现与之相关冠脉瘤的发生率逐渐升高,且冠脉瘤形成后可能发生支架内血栓、冠脉痉挛及瘤体破裂等并发症;这引起了临床工作者高度重视,成为目前心血管疾病重要关注点之一。但目前为止,药物洗脱支架植入术后冠脉瘤形成机制以及如何制定正确治疗策略尚不十分清楚,本文将药物洗脱支架植入术后冠脉瘤的诊断、病理生理及治疗策略进行综述,为进一步研究及治疗冠脉瘤提供参考。

With the widespread use of drug-eluting stents(DES)in the clinical,coronary artery aneurysms(CAA)afteer DES implantation were found to be more rigid than bare-metal stents(BMS)in the angiographic follow-up.And it might happen to severe complication,such as stent thrombosis,coronary artery spasm and aneurysm had broken.The phenomenon have attracted people′s attention and became one of major concerns in cardiovascular disease.But so far,the mechanism of coronary aneurysm formation after DES implantation and how to develop the right treatment strategy are not very clear.This article reviews the published literature on the diagnosis,physiopathologic mechanism and treatment of coronary artery aneurysms specifically relating to DES,for providing a reference to further study and treatment of it.
