超早期康复护理对高血压性脑出血患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of super early rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨超早期康复护理对高血压性脑出血患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月收治高血压性脑出血患者94例,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受超早期康复护理。比较两组患者生活质量、上下肢肌力、心理健康评分、不良事件。结果护理前两组患者生活能力差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者精力、家庭角色、语言、活动能力、情绪、个性、自理能力、思维、社会角色评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者上下肢肌力差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者上下肢肌力差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组5级肌力率高于对照组。护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血患者应用超早期康复护理,能显著改善患肢功能,提高生活质量,减少负性心理,可推荐应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group received super early rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,upper and lower extremity muscle strength,mental health score,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the living ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the nursing,the observation group had significantly higher energy,family role,language,activity ability,mood,personality,self-care ability,thinking and social role score.In the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the muscle strength between the upper and lower limbs between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the muscle strength between the two groups(P<0.05).group.There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the function of the affected limb,improve the quality of life and reduce negative psychology.
