综合护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间身心健康的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on physical and mental health of esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy

目的评价综合护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间生活质量及并发症的影响。方法将本院于2016年10月到2018年3月期间收治的食管癌患者作为研究对象,随机抽取56例。根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,其中一组为常规组,实施常规护理模式干预,另一组为综合组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者放疗期间的生活质量评分以及并发症发生的情况。结果 :放疗期间,综合组患者的生活质量各指标中认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能及社会功能评分高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者的并发症发生率为7.14%低于28.57%常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于食管癌患者,在进行放疗治疗期间,给予综合护理干预的效果显著,可提高其生活质量,降低并发症发生率,可在今后临床中进一步推荐应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and complications of esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy.Methods 56 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random digital table,one of which was the routine group,the routine nursing intervention was carried out,and the other group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.Quality of life scores and complications were compared between the two groups during radiotherapy.Results During the course of radiotherapy,the scores of cognitive function,emotional function,role function,body function and social function of the patients in the comprehensive group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was 7.14%lower than that of the 28.57%regular group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with esophageal cancer,the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is significant during the treatment of radiotherapy.It can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.It can be further recommended in the future.
