康复期精神分裂症患者通过认知行为治疗技术在心理护理中的效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨康复期精神分裂症患者通过认知行为治疗技术在心理护理中的效果。方法随机选取我院在2016年4月-2018年4月就诊的精神分裂症患者共60例作为研究对象,按照数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予认知行为治疗技术+心理护理,研究观察两组患者的焦虑抑郁评分、认知功能以及WMS-RS评分。结果研究组的SDS评分和SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后两组患者组内及组间认知功能比较均差异显著,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的WMS-RS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复期精神分裂症患者在心理护理中通过认知行为治疗技术具有理想的临床效果,可显著改善患者的认知功能,具有突出的临床价值,该种护理方案值得在临床上进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques on psychological care in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia who were treated from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,30 cases each.The control group received routine nursing.The research group gave cognitive behavioral therapy technology+psychology.Nursing was performed to observe anxiety and depression scores,cognitive function,and WMS-RS scores in the two groups.Results The SDS score and SAS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The WMS-RS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation patients with schizophrenia have ideal clinical effects through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques,which can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients and deserve further promotion.
