助产责任制护理模式对初产妇自我效能感、分娩控制感和妊娠结局的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of midwifery care model on primipara self-efficacy,childbirth control and pregnancy outcome

目的研究助产责任制护理模式对初产妇自我效能感、分娩控制感和妊娠结局的影响。方法选择初产妇作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将60例初产妇进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施助产责任制护理模式;对照组、实施常规护理模式,分析两组护理效果。结果观察组护理效果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论助产责任制护理模式对初产妇自我效能感、分娩控制感和妊娠结局均具有改善作用,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of midwifery care model on primipara self-efficacy,birth control and pregnancy outcome.Methods The primipara was selected as the patient or study subject,and 60 primiparas were grouped by the'computer randomization method',including two groups,including the observation group and the implementation of the midwifery care model;the control group and the implementation.The routine care mode was used to analyze the effects of the two groups.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The midwifery care model has an improvement effect on primipara self-efficacy,birth control and pregnancy outcome,and it is worthy of study.
