摘要
目的分析疤痕子宫阴道分娩产妇施行产前护理模式服务对其分娩结局造成的效果分析。方法收集本院产科2014年10月~2016年10月间接收的疤痕子宫且拟行阴道分娩的80例产妇,用随机数字法分成2组:参考组共有40例,为其提供常规产科护理服务;观察组共有40例,在参考组的基础上加用产前护理干预服务。评估干预前、后2组产妇的心理情绪变化,且记录2组产妇的产程、产后出血量、住院天数、新生儿Apgar评分及妊娠结局。结果观察组40例产妇干预后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分较干预前与参考组产妇更低(P<0.05);观察组产妇的第1产程、第2产程均较参考组显著更短,产后出血量显著更少,新生儿Apgar评分显著更高,产后出血率与新生儿窒息率更低(P<0.05)。结论疤痕子宫阴道分娩产妇施行产前护理干预服务有助于改善其心理状态与分娩结局,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of antenatal care model on the delivery outcome of the patients with scar uterus vaginal delivery.Methods In our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 received obstetric uterine scar and to 80 cases of patients who underwent vaginal delivery,they were divided into 2 groups using random numbers:group a total of 40 patients,to provide routine obstetric nursing services for the observation group;there were 40 cases,based on the reference group on the use of prenatal nursing intervention services.Before and after the intervention,the psychological and emotional changes of the 2 groups were evaluated,and the birth process,postpartum hemorrhage,the number of days of hospitalization,the Apgar score of the newborn and the pregnancy outcome of the 2 groups were recorded.Results The observation group of 40 cases of maternal intervention HAMA score and HAMD score than before the intervention and reference groups were significantly lower(P<0.05);the observation group of first labor,second labor than the reference group was significantly shorter,less postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage the rate of neonatal asphyxia and significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prenatal nursing intervention for the patients with scar uterus vaginal delivery is helpful to improve their psychological state and delivery outcome.
