超声诊断技术在伴钙化乳腺肿块BI-RADS分类诊断中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌发病率的日益增长严重威胁着女性患者的身心健康。乳腺微钙化的形成与乳腺癌的发生发展关系密切。超声检查是中国女性乳腺筛查的主要模式之一。乳腺影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Report And Date System,BI-RADS)的出现,进一步规范化了超声对乳腺病变的描述,超声新技术如MicroPure成像技术、超声弹性成像、超声造影、三维超声等的进一步发展,显著提高了超声对乳腺病变的诊断价值。本文就超声诊断技术对伴钙化乳腺肿块结合BI-RADS分类的诊断价值进行综述。 The increasing incidence of breast cancer is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of female patients.The formation of microcalcification of the breast is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Ultrasonography is one of the main modes of Chinese women’s breast screening.The emergence of the Breast Imaging Report And Date System(BI-RADS)further standardized the description of breast lesions by ultrasound,new ultrasound techniques such as MicroPure imaging,ultrasound elastography,contrast ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,etc.Further development has significantly improved the diagnostic value of ultrasound for breast lesions.This article reviews the diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnostic techniques for the classification of calcified breast mass combined with BI-RADS.
