乳腺叶状肿瘤(PT)术前诊断较困难,常易误诊,粗针穿刺活检是较好的诊断方法。但因其组织学特征与纤维腺瘤相似,穿刺所取组织有限,有时难以代表病变整体的组织结构,在术前很难做出鉴别和诊断,因此,评估影像学和病理学的一致性对选择合适的临床治疗方案至关重要。

Preoperative diagnosis of phyllodes tumors(PT)is difficult and often misdiagnosed.Thick needle biopsy is a good diagnostic method.However,because histological features are similar to those of fibroadenomas,the tissue taken by the puncture is limited,and sometimes it is difficult to represent the overall tissue structure of the lesion.It is difficult to identify and diagnose before surgery.Therefore,the consistency of imaging and pathology is evaluated.Choosing the right clinical treatment plan is critical.
