中、重度痤疮采取光动力疗法与红蓝光治疗的疗效对比

Comparison of photodynamic therapy and red and blue light therapy for moderate and severe acne

目的探讨中、重度痤疮采取光动力疗法与红蓝光治疗的疗效对比。方法将2017年1月-2017年12月我院门诊就诊的52例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为两组,对照组使用红蓝光法治疗,研究组使用光动力疗法。对比两组临床疗效、复发率及并发症发生率。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生几率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后第1、3个月随访,研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.900,P<0.05;χ~2=7.079,P<0.05)。结论中、重度痤疮患者使用光动力疗法治疗,较红蓝光治疗,光动力治疗疗效好,安全性较高,治疗时间短,治疗次数少,无严重不良反应的治疗技术,具有良好的发展前景,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy of photodynamic therapy and red and blue light therapy for moderate and severe acne.Methods 52 patients with moderate to severe acne who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with red and blue light,and the study group was treated with photodynamic therapy.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the first and third months of follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.900,P<0.05;χ~2=7.079,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with moderate and severe acne,photodynamic therapy is more effective than red and blue light therapy,and has higher safety,shorter treatment time,less treatment times and no serious adverse reactions.It has a good development prospect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
