应用品管圈降低老年患者检查重约率的实践探索

Practical exploration of applying quality control circle to reduce the re-approx rate of elderly patients

目的降低老年病房检查重约率,以保证老年患者能够及时有效完成辅助检查。方法由我科13名护士组成品管圈,采用头脑风暴法确定以'降低老年患者检查重约率'为活动主题,通过现状调查,设定目标,时间拟定,计划实施,效果评价等步骤,比较活动前后患者检查重约率。结果住院老年患者检查重约率由活动前的13%降至7.7%。结论通过开展品管圈活动,使用自制《检查协作单》有效降低了检查重约率,保证了老年患者能够及时有效完成辅助检查,此法取材方便,操作便捷,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To reduce the re-intention rate of geriatric wards to ensure that elderly patients can complete auxiliary examinations in a timely and effective manner.Methods 13 quality nurses from our department formed a quality control circle.The brainstorming method was used to determine the'reduction rate of elderly patients'.Through the current situation survey,setting goals,time planning,plan implementation,and effect evaluation,Patients were compared before and after the activity to check the re-approx.Results The rate of examination for elderly patients in hospitals dropped from 13%before activities to 7.7%.Conclusion Through the implementation of quality control circle activities,the use of self-made'inspection collaboration list'has effectively reduced the inspection weight ratio,ensuring that elderly patients can complete the auxiliary examination in a timely and effective manner.This method is convenient to take and convenient to operate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
