不同亚型巨噬细胞调控动脉粥样硬化转归的免疫学机制探析 被引量:4

摘要 巨噬细胞接受不同刺激极化为不同细胞亚型,根据刺激物的不同及细胞功能的差异通常将巨噬细胞分为M1型和M2型。巨噬细胞亚型与高脂血症所致的动脉粥样硬化的关系复杂,动脉粥样硬化过程中多种因子参与调节巨噬细胞亚型,不同亚型巨噬细胞又通过不同机制如通过miRNA、转录因子等调控血管周围的炎症反应及脂质沉积等,从而影响动脉粥样硬化的转归。本研究对巨噬细胞亚型与动脉粥样硬化的相互作用进行深入探析,旨在揭示动脉粥样硬化的发病机制,从而为寻找更加有效的药物防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病提供新的思路。 Macrophages are polarized into different cell subtypes by different stimuli.Macrophages are usually divided into M1 type and M2 type according to the differences in stimuli and cell functions.Macrophages subtypes and hyperlipidemia caused by atherosclerosis is complex,the relationship between various factors in the process of atherosclerosis involved in regulating macrophage subtypes,different subtypes of macrophages and through different mechanisms,such as micrornas,such as transcription factors regulate blood vessels around the inflammation and lipid deposition etc.,so as to influence the outcome of atherosclerosis.In this study,the interaction between macrophage subtypes and atherosclerosis was further explored to reveal the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis,so as to provide new ideas for finding more effective drugs for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
