疼痛护理对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的干预效果分析

Intervention effect of pain nursing on patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的探究下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者接受疼痛护理干预的结果。方法以下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者100例为研究对象,时间选取为2016年1月-2018年2月,以动态随机化法分组,其中对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组则实施疼痛护理干预,分析2组下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者护理的结果。结果 2组干预后的VAS评分均较干预前降低,其中实验组干预后的VAS评分较对照组低,P<0.05;实验组护理总满意率较对照组高,P<0.05。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者接受疼痛护理干预,可有效促进其疼痛程度的缓解,促进其预后的改善。

Objective To explore the results of pain nursing intervention for patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods 100 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were selected for the study.The patients were randomized from January 2016 to February 2018.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given pain nursing intervention.The nursing results of two groups of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were analyzed.Results The VAS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the VAS score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing intervention for patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can effectively promote the relief of pain and improve their prognosis.
