《内经》形神一体观辨抑郁症

形神一体观作为祖国医学的基石而存在,有之精神、形体,则生命始生、发展、变化,直至精神消亡,形体陨落,生命终结,人由此所得一生。抑郁症之主要病位在肝,与心、脾、肾关系密切,虽属于单独脏器,但基于中医整体观念,仍属"形神一体"系统。历代医家论著表明,抑郁症的发生发展与形神变化密切相关,文章在汲取先辈相关理论基础上,以中医藏象学说为突破点探究抑郁症的发病、诊疗,着重针对中医形神观对抑郁症影响进行系统分析,以指导临床辨证与治疗。

The holism of body and spirit exists as the cornerstone of traditional Chinese Medicine.With the existence of spirit and form,life begins,develops and changes until spiritual demise and physical deterioration and then life is coming to an end.The location of the disease is closely related with internal organs such as liver,heart,spleen,kidney,etc.Although they are individual organs,based on traditional Chinese medicine,it is still 'verve' system.The ancient physicians indicated that the occurrence and development of depression is tightly bound to shape and spiritual change.Drawing on predecessors on the basis of relevant theories,with Chinese medicine,diagnosis and treatment theory as the breakthrough to explore depression,focusing on the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the effects of depression in order to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
