木丹颗粒联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨木丹颗粒联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年10月期间于本院内分泌科门诊进行就诊并收治入院的临床确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的100例患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者按照随机原则分为对照组和观察组,所有患者均接受降糖、控制饮食等常规治疗措施,对照组患者在此基础上接受口服胰激肽原酶治疗,,观察组患者在对照组患者口服胰激肽原酶基础上,加用木丹颗粒,疗程共为8周,观察两组患者治疗前后神经病变自觉症状问卷(TSS)评分以及治疗疗效等情况差异。结果:两组患者接受治疗后,其麻木、疼痛、感觉异常以及烧灼感等TSS评分均比治疗前显著下降,而观察组患者接受木丹颗粒和胰激肽原酶联合治疗后,其神经症状改善更明显,各项评分与对照组治疗后比较,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。此外,接受治疗后,观察组患者显效16例,有效30例,总有效率为92.00%,与对照组有效率74.00%相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:木丹颗粒联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可有效改善患者疼痛、麻木、感觉异常以及烧灼感等神经病变症状,促进受损神经的修复和神经功能的恢复,达到协同治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的目的,其疗效优于单独应用,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Mudan Granule and kallidinogenase in the treatment of DPN(diabetic peripheral neuropathy).Methods:A hundred DPN patients treated from January 2016 to October 2017 in our Endocrinology Department were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients received the conventional therapy like blood glucose control and dietary control.On the basis,the control group orally took the kallidinogenase and the observation group orally took the kallidinogenase and Mudan Granule.After 8 weeks treatment courses,the TSS(total symptoms scores) and clinical effect were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the TSSs of numb,pain,paresthesia and burning sensation for two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The related scores for two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had 16 excellent cases and 30 valid cases.The total effective rate of observation group(92.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined method of Mudan Granule and kallidinogenase can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of pain,numb,paresthesia and burning sensation and promote the neurological function recovery.The integrated therapy has a better effect than the single therapy.
