自拟降气化痰汤联合针灸治疗卒中相关性肺炎的疗效和安全性分析

Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Self-made Jiangqi Huayu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Stroke-associated Pneumonia

目的:探究自拟降气化痰汤联合针灸治疗卒中相关性肺炎的效果,以及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:将2015年5月-2018年3月期间本院98例卒中相关性肺炎患者随机分成两组,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,而观察组加用自拟降气化痰汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、病情恢复、血清炎症水平以及不良反应。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率明显的高于对照组;治疗后,对照组的CPIS、NIHSS评分明显的低于对照组,血清IL-6、TNF-α以及CRP水平也明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:自拟降气化痰汤联合针灸治疗卒中相关性肺炎疗效好,能有效降低机体炎症反应,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Jiangqi Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:From May 2015 to March 2018,98 patients with stroke-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with simple treatment while the observation group was treated with self-made Jiangqi Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery of the disease,serum inflammation levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the CPIS and NIHSS scores of the control group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The serum IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels were also significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Jiangqi Huayu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a good curative effect on stroke-related pneumonia and can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and has high safety.
