中药益气养血汤联合复方苦参注射液治疗肿瘤恶病质临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Tumor Cachexia with Yiqi Yangxue Decoction and Compound Kushen Injection

目的:观察益气养血汤联合复方苦参注射液治疗肿瘤恶病质的临床疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将收治的72例肿瘤恶病质患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组36例。治疗组给予益气养血汤联合复方苦参注射液治疗,对照组给予口服醋酸甲地孕酮治疗。治疗3周后,观察两组中医证候疗效,中医证候积分改善情况,HAMD减分率及血清BNDF含量变化。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率(75.00%)明显高于对照组(63.89%),P<0.05。两组治疗后各证候积分均治疗前有明显改善,P<0.05。治疗后治疗组嗳气恶心呕吐、疲倦乏力、厌食、失眠、情绪抑郁证候积分改善明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后治疗组HAMD量表减分有效率(63.89%)明显高于对照组(44.44%),P<0.05。两组患者治疗后血清BDNF较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05。治疗后治疗组血清BDNF较对照组改善明显,P<0.05。结论:中药益气养血汤联合复方苦参注射液治疗肿瘤恶病质的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the treatment of cancer cachexia.Methods:Seventy-two patients with cancer cachexia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with Compound Kushen Injection,while the control group was treated with Megestrol Acetate orally.After 3 weeks treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the improvement of TCM syndromes score,the decrease rate of HAMD and the change of serum BNDF content were observed.Results:After 3 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(75.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(63.89%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each syndrome in both groups were significantly improved before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms of nausea,vomiting,fatigue,anorexia,insomnia and depression in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of HAMD score reduction in treatment group(63.89%) was significantly higher than that in control group(44.44%) after treatment(P<0.05).The serum BDNF of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BDNF of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with Compound Kushen Injection has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cancer cachexia.
