Discussion on Influence of Clinical Position on Safety of Acupotomy

文章以针刀在侧卧位下治疗肩胛提肌损伤为例,探讨针刀临床的安全性问题,强调适当体位是临床安全性、有效性的保证;鉴于针刀由针刺发展而来,理论回顾了古代文献对针刺安全性和针刺体位的相关记载,结合当今针刀临床,着重说明熟悉解剖学是临床操作中选择合适体位的前提和依据。

In this paper,the treatment of levator scapulae injury with acupotomy in the lateral position is taken as an example to explore the safety of acupotomy,emphasizing that appropriate body position is the guarantee of clinical safety and efficacy.On account of acupotomy being developed from acupuncture,the related records of acupuncture safety and acupuncture position in ancient literature were reviewed.Combined with the current acupotomy,it is emphasized that familiarity with anatomy is the precondition and basis for choosing proper position in clinical operation.
