中医针刺结合补肾健脾汤治疗小儿脑瘫(痉挛型)的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy(Sputum Type) with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction

目的:探讨中医针刺结合补肾健脾汤治疗小儿脑瘫(痉挛型)的疗效。方法:取本院接诊的痉挛型脑瘫患儿60例。利用奇偶数法随机均分为A组及B组,各30例。A组患儿行头皮针治疗,B组行头皮针结合补肾健脾汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效,并分析两组治疗前后MAS(改良Ashworth痉挛量表)、GMFM(粗大功能评定)、ADL(日常生活能力量表)和TCSS(多伦多临床症状量表)评分及踝关节活动度评分。结果:B组总有效率(93.33%)高于A组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。B组MAS评分低于A组,而ADL评分及GMFM评分高于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗后TCSS评分显著低于A组,踝关节活动度评分明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针刺结合补肾健脾汤治疗小儿脑瘫(痉挛型)疗效确切,能有效改善患儿临床症状和各系统功能评分,并提高患儿整体素质。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy(sputum type).Methods:Sixty children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 cases in each according to the odd-even method.The children in group A were treated with scalp acupuncture and group B were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction.The clinical efficacy and the MAS(modified Ashworth scale),the GMFM(gross motor function measure),the ADL(daily life ability scale) and TCSS(Toronto clinical scoring system) scores and ankle activity score of the two groups of children with cerebral palsy were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group B(93.33%) was higher than that of group A(73.33%)(P<0.05).The MAS score of group B was lower than that of group A,and the ADL score and GMFM score were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The TCSS score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A and the ankle joint activity score was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with Bushen Jianpi Decoction is effective for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy(sputum type),which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and the functional scores of various systems and improve the overall quality of children.
