摘要
目的:探析全国老中医药专家学术经验指导老师李桂贤教授论治阴虚怕冷证型的学术思想。方法:从内经亢害承制理论深入剖析阴虚怕冷的病机,并以历代经典论著为依据,结合临床医案,对李桂贤教授论治阴虚怕冷证型学术思想展开讨论。结果:李桂贤教授根据多年的临床经验,提出阴虚怕冷在病机演变过程中终不离乎脾肾之本、营卫之标、精气相生的观点,符合本病证的发生及转归特点,以"填精益髓""滋脾肾阴""和营透热""调气和卫"治疗本证的经验,临床上取得较好疗效。结论:李桂贤教授首创论治阴虚怕冷证型学术思想和成功经验值得推广,对于医师在临床上辨识真假证候具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the academic thought of Professor LI Guixian,an academic veteran teacher of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of Yin deficiency and being afraid of cold.Methods:The pathogenesis of Yin deficiency and cold was deeply analyzed from the theory of internal hyperactivity,and the academic thought of Professor LI Guixian was discussed on the basis of classical works of previous generations combined with clinical medical cases.Results:Professor LI Guixian,based on many years of clinical experience,has proposed that Yin deficiency and cold sydnrome in the pathogenesis of the disease is not separated from the spleen and kidney,the Ying-Wei and the essence of Qi,which conforms to the characteristics of the occurrence and outcome of the disease,and the treatment of filling the excess and marrow,nourishing the spleen and kidney Yin and camping heat,regulating Qi and Wei treatment.The experience of this syndrome has a good clinical effect.Conclusion:Professor LI Guixian’s academic thought and successful experience on Yin deficiency and being afraid of cold are worthy of popularizing.It is of great significance for doctors to identify the symptoms of true and false symptoms in clinical practice.
