从“血-脉-心-神”一体观论治高血压合并左心室肥厚

Concept of Co-regulating of Blood-pulse-heart-spirit in Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

高血压合并左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)是心力衰竭的主要病因之一,故高血压导致的心脏损害是必须要关注的靶器官损害。现代医学认为降压达标与逆转LVH具有同等重要的地位,然西药的临床治疗效果远不理想,而中医药具有多途径、多靶点综合干预高血压合并LVH的优势。作者认为高血压合并LVH患者不仅血失清宁,脉失畅达,更重要的是心体失养和神不安位的病理表现,不可单一治疗,应从"血-脉-心-神"四者出发统一调理,故和血保脉、育心安神是血压平稳和逆转LVH的治疗关键,其体现了中医整体观且适合临床应用。故文章试探讨"血-脉-心-神"一体观在高血压合并LVH防治中的意义,为其临床治疗提供参考。

Hypertension combined with left ventricular hypertrophy is one of the main causes of heart failure,and so the heart damage caused by hypertension is the target organ damage that must be paid attention to.Modern medicine holds the same important position as lowering blood pressure and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy,but the clinical effect of western medicine is far from ideal.Chinese medicine has multi-ways,multi-targets comprehensive intervention advantage of hypertension combined with left ventricular hypertrophy.The author believes that the blood and pulse of patients with hypertension combined with left ventricular hypertrophy are in a pathological state,and the pathological manifestations of heart damage and mood disorders are more important.It can not be treated on one hand,we should unify the body starting from the theory of'blood-pulse-heart-spirit'.So maintaining the homeostasis of the blood,pulse,heart and spirit is the key to the treatment of lowering blood pressure and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy,and it conforms to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and is suitable for clinical application.Therefore,this article tries to explore the significance of'blood-pulse-heart-spirit'in the prevention and treatment of hypertension combined with left ventricular hypertrophy,and provide reference for its clinical treatment.
