从乌梅丸主厥阴探析晚期肺癌

Discussion on Wumei Decoction in Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

乌梅丸清上温下、辛开苦降、调补气血阴阳,有寒热并用、邪正兼顾之特点。以张仲景辨病与辨证相结合之思想,探讨乌梅丸治疗晚期肺癌之机理,不拘于治蛔、久利之思路。肺癌晚期,正虚邪盛,寒热错杂,病机错综复杂,乌梅丸虽为治疗厥阴病之主方,但暗含三阴同治,标本兼治,上下同治的思想,值得进一步研习。

The functions of Wumei Decoction are as follows:clearing upper heat and warming lower cold,spicy dispersing and bitter descending,adjusting blood and Qi,Yin and Yang,with the characteristics of smoothing and harmonization cold and heat,supporting righteousness and eliminating evil.Based on ZHANG Zhongjing’s thought of discriminating diseases and sydnrome differentiation,we explored the mechanism of Wumei Decoction in treating advanced lung cancer,which should be used not only for ascariasis and diarrhea.For advanced lung cancer patients,the righteousness is weak and the evil is strong.There is mixed cold and heat and complicated pathogenesis.Although Wumei Decoction is the main treatment for genital warts and it implies three Yin meridians co-treatment,treating the branch and root simultaneously and treating the upper and lower simultaneously,and it should be studied further.
