消炎散核冲剂联合加味金芙膏治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎热毒壅盛证的疗效研究

Clinical Research of Xiaoyan Sanhe Decoction and Modified Jinfu Ointment in Treatment of Toxic Heat Syndrome of Mumps in Children

目的:观察消炎散核冲剂口服联合加味金芙膏外敷治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎热毒壅盛证的临床疗效。方法:选取本院儿科门诊90例确诊为流行性腮腺炎热毒壅盛证的患儿,采用中央随机系统通过智能手机软件随机分为3组,分别为治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组,每组均为30例,对照组选用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,治疗Ⅰ组选用消炎散核冲剂口服联合加味金芙膏外敷,治疗Ⅱ组选用消炎散核冲剂口服,3组疗程均为5 d。比较3组患儿治疗前后主要症状(包括发热、腮部肿痛)、次要症状(包含面色、头痛、颌下肿块、咽红、口渴)、全部症状积分,并判定临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率73. 33%,治疗Ⅰ组总有效率93. 33%,治疗Ⅱ组总有效率为70. 0%。与对照组及治疗Ⅱ组相比,治疗Ⅰ组的总有效率明显升高(P <0. 05),治疗Ⅱ组的总有效率与对照组相比无差别(P> 0. 05)。3组流行性腮腺炎患儿治疗后的主要、次要及全部症状积分均比治疗前减少(P <0. 05)。经治疗,治疗Ⅰ组主要、全部症状积分较对照组及治疗Ⅱ组下降(P <0. 05),治疗Ⅱ组主要、全部症状积分同对照组主要及全部积分相比差异无意义(P> 0. 05),治疗后3组患儿的次要症状积分经统计学分析差异无意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:消炎散核冲剂口服联合加味金芙膏外敷治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎热毒壅盛证疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Xiaoyan Sanhe Decoction and Modified Jinfu Ointment in the treatment of toxic heat syndrome of mumps in children.Methods:By the method of central randomized,90 children with toxic heat syndrome of mumps were divided into treatment groupⅠ,treatment groupⅡand the control group.The control group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.The treatment groupⅠwas treated with Xiaoyan Sanhe Decoction and Modified Jinfu Ointment.The treatment groupⅡwas treated with Xiaoyan Sanhe Decoction.Five days was a treatment course.And we compared the primary symptom integral,secondary and total integral before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rates of treatment groupⅠ,treatment groupⅡand the control group were respectively 93.33%,70.0%and 73.33%.The total effective rate of treatment groupⅠcompared with that of the other groups was statistically elevated(P<0.05).But the total effective rate had no difference between control group and treatment groupⅡ(P>0.05).Before and after treatment there was statistically significant difference in the primary symptom integral,secondary and total integral(P<0.05).The treatment groupⅠprimary symptom integral and total integral were statistically significant decreased after treatment compared with those of the other groups(P<0.05).There was no difference in the primary symptom integral or total integral after treatment between treatment groupⅡand the control group(P>0.05).And there was no difference of the three groups’secondary symptom after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyan Sanhe Decoction and Modified Jinfu Ointment have excellent effectiveness in the treatment of toxic heat syndrome of mumps in children.
