复方樟柳碱注射液联合降糖明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Anisodine Injection Combined with Jiangtang Mingmu Capsule on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探讨复方樟柳碱注射液联合降糖明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年4月-2018年4月本院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者72例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各36例。对照组患者给予复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予降糖明目胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、视力情况、血液流变学指标等。结果:研究组患者的总有效率显著较对照组升高(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者目睛干涩、视物昏花、气短懒言、五心烦热的积分均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组患者目睛干涩、视物昏花、气短懒言、五心烦热中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者视力及视野平均敏感度均较治疗前显著升高(P <0. 05),且治疗后研究组患者的视力显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度及红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组患者的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度及红细胞聚集指数低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液联合降糖明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善视力及血液流变学,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Anisodine Injection combined with Jiangtang Mingmu Capsule on diabetic retinopathy.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2018,72 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Compound Anisodine Injection and the study group was treated with Jiangtang Mingmu Capsule on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average sensitivity of visual acuity and visual field in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the visual acuity of the patients in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).And after treatment,the visual acuity of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Anisodine Injection combined with Jiangtang Mingmu Capsule is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve visual acuity and hemorheology,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
