化胃舒颗粒苷类成分的指纹图谱研究

Fingerprint Study on Glycosides in Huaweishu Granules

目的:建立化胃舒颗粒苷类成分的多波长融合指纹图谱,并对其共有峰进行归属分析。方法:利用高效液相色谱法,采用色谱柱C_(18)(Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq,4. 6 mm×260 mm,5μm),流动相A为乙腈,B为0. 03%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1. 0 m L·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为203 nm、210 nm、237 nm、254 nm、283 nm。结果:所建立的HPLC多波长融合指纹图谱分析方法的精密度、重现性、稳定性均良好,化胃舒处方中12味药材对融合指纹图谱色谱峰有贡献。结论:该方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可用于化胃舒颗粒的质量控制。

Objective:To set up the multi-wavelength fusion HPLC fingerprint of glycosides in Huaweishu Granules and analyze and identify their common peaks.Methods:The separation was performed on C18(Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq,4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile(A)-0.03%phosphoric acid(B)at the flow rate of 1 m L·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃and the detection wavelength was 203 nm,210 nm,237 nm,254 nm and 283 nm.Results:The precision,reproducibility and stability were good and 12 herbs in Huaweishu Granules were contributed to the peaks of multi-wavelength fusion HPLC fingerprint.Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility and can be used to determine and control the quality of Huaweishu Granules.
