中医药治疗脓毒症急性肺损伤的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Treating Acute Lung Injury Caused by Sepsis

脓毒症因其死亡率高、发病机制复杂成为重症医学领域的研究重点,其中急性肺损伤是脓毒症最严重的并发症之一,探讨脓毒症急性肺损伤的发病机制并寻找治疗的有效药物具有重大意义。而近年来随着中医中药辨证论治和整体观念的治疗原则在脓毒症急性肺损伤临床和科研方面的应用,取得了一定进展。文章从中医对脓毒症急性肺损伤定义、病因病机、辨证体系和治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。

Sepsis is the focus of research in the field of severe medicine because of its high mortality rate and complex pathogenesis.Acute lung injury is one of the most serious complications of sepsis.Discussing the pathogenesis of acute lung injury in sepsis and looking for effective drugs for treatment are of great significance.In recent years,with the application of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment principles in the clinical and scientific research of acute lung injury in sepsis,some progress has been made.This article reviews the definition,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation system and treatment of acute lung injury in sepsis from Chinese medicine.
