虎杖治疗痛风的作用机制及临床应用研究进展

Research Progress of Mechanism and Clinical Application of Polygonum Cuspidatum on Gout

痛风是风湿科的临床常见病,虎杖因具有清热、散瘀止痛等功效成为防治痛风的常用药。为进一步探讨虎杖治疗痛风各期病证的疗效机制,作者通过查阅国内外相关文献,对虎杖治疗痛风可能的作用机制进行了综述。结果发现虎杖的水煎剂、醇提物等物质对痛风都具有显著疗效;此外,虎杖中所含多种活性成分都可通过不同途径对痛风动物模型发挥治疗作用。由此可见,虎杖治疗痛风具有明确的生物学依据,值得进一步深入研究。

Gout is a common clinical disease in rheumatology.Polygonum cuspidatum has become a common drug for its effect of detoxification,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.In order to further explore the curative effect of Polygonum cuspidatum in the treatment of gout,the author referred relevant literature at home and abroad,and reviewed the possible mechanism in the treatment of gout by Polygonum cuspidatum.The results shows that the decoction and alcohol extract of Polygonum cuspidatum have a significant effect on the treatment of gout.In addition,substances in Polygonum cuspidatum,such as polydatin,resveratrol and flavonoids,play an important role in the treatment of gout.Therefore,there exists a clear biological basis in the gout treatment of Polygonum cuspidatum,which deserves further study.
