滕晶基于中医五神理论辨治癫狂证经验

TENG Jing’s Experience on Treating Madness Syndrome Based on Theory of Five Spirits of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨滕晶教授所研究的'中医五神理论'的内涵及临床指导辨治癫狂证的经验。方法:通过搜集并整理滕晶教授治疗癫狂证的医案,结合癫狂的病因病机,从五神的生理病理入手,阐明五神紊乱癫狂证的发病机制,从病机层面评定疾病并确立治疗靶点,指导临床辨证用药,构建癫狂证中医五神辨治体系。结果:癫狂证的治疗应以五神为基础,结合该病的病因病机,从精神心理层面搭建癫狂证中医五神辨治体系。结论:滕晶教授所研究的中医五神理论为癫狂证的辨治提供了新的理论方法,开辟了临床诊疗新路径。

Objective:To explore the connotation and clinical guidance of the'five spirits theory of traditional Chinese medicine'studied by professor TENG Jing.Methods:By collecting and organizing professor TENG Jing’s treatment of mania,combined with the madness of the etiology and pathogenesis,from the physiology and pathology of the five spirits,it elucidated the pathogenesis of five spirits disorder madness from the pathogenesis evaluation of disease and establishing therapeutic targets,to guide the clinical syndrome and build syndrome differentiation system.Results:The treatment of mania syndrome should be based on the five spirits,combined with the etiology and pathogenesis,and set up a system for the diagnosis and treatment of the five spirits from the mental and psychological level.Conclusion:Professor TENG Jing’s theory of the five spirits of TCM provides a new theoretical method for the diagnosis and treatment of mania,and opens up a new way of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
