基于金水相生理论运用肺肾同治法辨治前列腺增生症经验探讨

金水相生理论是中医认知和诊治疾病的重要理论,是中医'阴阳学说'及'五行学说'的重要体现。也是中医药治疗男科疾病的重要理论,张春和教授基于金水相生理论,运用肺肾同治法治疗前列腺增生症积累了丰富的临床经验。从前列腺增生症与肺肾的相关性作为切入点,提出以肺肾为基础分型论治。治疗上主张审证求因,综合施治,重视后天之本,强调补肺肾之气并助膀胱气化。

The theory of generation between metal and water is an important theory of TCM cognitive diseases and diagnosis and treatment of diseases,an important embodiment of Yin and Yang theory and five elements theory of TCM,and is also an important theory of TCM treatment of male-related diseases.Professor ZHANG Chunhe has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia based on the theory of generation between metal and water.The treatment is based on lung and kidney classification.In treatment,we should review syndrome and seek causes,apply comprehensive treatment,attach importance to the acquired essence,emphasize invigorating Qi of lung and kidney and assist bladder gasification.
