从“浊﹑瘀”谈对痛风的认识

Understanding of Gout from Viewpoint of “Turbid and Blood Stasis”

从'浊﹑瘀'角度对痛风进行了全面阐述,就痛风的病因病机、辨证论治及预防进行了深入探讨,形成了一套完整论治体系。指出其病理因素为'浊'和'瘀',病机为脾肾不足、浊瘀痹阻,治法为泄浊化瘀、调益脾肾,方用痛风汤加减,也应提倡中医'治未病'的思想,做到'未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复'。同时就目前中医泄浊化瘀法治疗痛风进行了分析,明确其存在的问题、对其优势进行了展望,以便在本病治疗方面取得进一步突破。

This article gives a comprehensive exposition of gout from the perspective of'turbid and blood stasis'.It also discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of gout,syndrome differentiation and treatment and prevention,and forms a complete theory of governance.It points out that its pathological factors are'turbid'and'blood stasis'.The pathogenesis is spleen and kidney deficiency,turbid and blood stasis.The treatment law is to disperse turbid phlegm,regulate spleen and kidney and use Gout Decoction.It also should advocate the first disease prevention,disease prevention and control,afterwards prevention.At the same time,the current study on the treatment of gout with turbid-phlegm-removing methods was analyzed,and its problems were clarified and its advantages were prospected for further breakthroughs in the treatment of this disease.
