注射用七叶皂苷钠与甘露醇联合应用在梅尼埃病患者治疗中的疗效

Comparison of Efficacy of Sodium Aescinate for Injection and Mannitol in Treatment of Patients With Meniere Disease

目的:探讨注射用七叶皂苷钠与甘露醇注射液联合应用对于治疗梅尼埃病的疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2017年3月就诊于本科的80例梅尼埃病患者,按照单盲法随机均分为两组:甘露醇组和联合组。两组均给予常规基础治疗,甘露醇组给予甘露醇注射液治疗,联合组在甘露醇组治疗基础上联合注射用七叶皂苷钠治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:联合组眩晕控制有效率92. 5%,显著高于甘露醇组,χ~2=3. 413,P=0. 065。联合组听力改善总有效率90%,显著高于甘露醇组,χ~2=12. 754,P=0. 000。两组患者治疗后的-SP/AP比值均较本组治疗前显著降低。组间比较,联合组治疗后-SP/AP比值显著低于甘露醇组,95%CI(0. 0117,0. 0508),T=3. 234,P=0. 002。结论:注射用七叶皂苷钠可以减轻内耳水肿,改善膜迷路积水,并且七叶皂苷钠安全性佳,不良反应轻微,注射用七叶皂苷钠能降低患者-SP/AP,能使听力改善效果更明显,提高眩晕控制率,可用于治疗梅尼埃病。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined injection of sodium aescinate and mannitol in the treatment of meniere disease.Methods:Eighty cases of meniere disease patients addmited to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the mannitol group and the combined group.The two groups were given conventional basic treatment.Besides,the mannitol group was given mannitol injection treatment and the combination group was treated with sodium aescinate for injection on the basis of mannitol group.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was observed.Results:The effective rate of vertigo control in combination group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in mannitol group,χ~2=3.413,P=0.065.The total effective rate of hearing improvement in the combined group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that in the mannitol group,χ~2=12.754,P=0.000.After treatment,the-SP/AP ratio of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.Compared between groups,the-SP/AP ratio of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the mannitol group after treatment,95%CI(0.0117,0.0508),T=3.234,P=0.002.Conclusion:The injection of sodium aescinate can alleviate inner ear edema and improve membranous labyrinth water and the injection of sodium aescinate has good safety and less adverse reactions.The injection of sodium aescinate can reduce patients’-SP/AP,improve hearing and increase the control rate of vertigo,which can be used to treat meniere disease.
