推拿电针联合腰痹逐瘀止痛汤在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者术后调养中的应用研究

Therapeutic Effect of Electro-Acupuncture Combined with Yaobi Zhuyu Zhitong Decoction on Postoperative Care of Patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:研究推拿电针联合腰痹逐瘀止痛汤在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者术后调养中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年10月—2017年10月期间在本院接受手术治疗的60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,参照随机数表法原则分成对照组、研究组,各30例。对照组患者在术后调养中应用推拿、电针治疗,研究组患者采用推拿电针联合腰痹逐瘀止痛汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、腰椎功能及生活质量变化。结果:治疗后两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者的JOA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者的腰椎功能ODI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:推拿电针联合腰痹逐瘀止痛汤在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者术后调养中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻腰部疼痛,促进患者腰椎功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Yaobi Zhuyu Zhitong Decoction in the post-operation conditioning of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with kyphosis and lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study.All the patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to the principle of the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Tuina and electro-acupuncture during postoperative care,and those in the study group were treated with Tuina electroacupuncture combined with Yaobi Zhuyu Zhitong Decoction.The pain level,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group’s was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group’s was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar vertebrae function ODI scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group’s was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group’s was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of electro-acupuncture combined with Tuina and Yaobi Zhuyu Zhitong Decoction has significant effect on postoperative care of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.It can effectively reduce lumbar pain,promote lumbar function recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of active application promotion.
