摘要
目的:观察无菌揿针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取自2018年3月—2018年8月收集符合纳入标准的患者50例,采用随机数字表将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组26例,对照组24例。每7d为1个疗程,共3个疗程,于治疗前后进行VAS评分及体感诱发电位刺激评价,评估治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率88. 5%(24/26)明显高于对照组70. 8%(17/24),两组患者治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均有明显差异(P <0. 01),观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗前后体感诱发电位刺激均有明显差异(P <0. 05),且观察组治疗后较对照组具有明显差异(P <0. 05)。结论:揿针联合加巴喷丁止痛效果优于氦氖激光联合加巴喷丁,中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛更具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of aseptic press needle in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Fifty patients who met the inclusion criteria from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table,including 26 patients in the observation group and 24 patients in the control group.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 88.5%(24/26)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 70.8%(17/24)in the control group.The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of aseptic press needle combined with gabapentin capsule is better than helium laser combined with gabapentin capsule.
