艾灸至阴穴联合胸膝卧位矫正胎位不正的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Therapeutic Effect Observation of Correction of Malposition by Using Chest and Knee Reclining Position Combined with Moxibustion Zhiyin( BL67)

目的:探讨艾灸至阴穴联合胸膝卧位矫正胎位不正的疗效。方法:将180例胎位不正孕妇随机分成对照组、观察1组和观察2组,每组60例。对照组采用胸膝卧位法,每次15 min,每天早晚各1次;观察1组在每天15-17时采用艾灸至阴穴15 min;观察2组采用艾灸至阴穴联合胸膝卧位治疗,疗程均为7 d。所得数据用SAS 9. 0进行统计学分析。结果:对照组治疗有效率为73. 33%;观察1组治疗有效率为85. 00%;观察2组治疗有效率为91. 67%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:艾灸至阴穴联合胸膝卧位矫正胎位不正见效快,成功率高,对患者无明显不良反应且操作方便,是一种安全可靠的方法。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effeet of chest and knee reclining position combined with moxibustion on Zhiyin(BL67)in order to rectify malpresentation.Methods:One hundred and eighty cases were randomly divided into control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2(60 cases in each group).The control group were treated by knee and chest preclining position twice a day(on each morning and evening),lasting for fifteen minutes.The observation group 1 and observation group 2 were treated by moxibustion on Zhiyin(BL67)at 3:00-5:00 pm every day and chest and knee reclining position and the treament lasted for fifteen minutes.The course of treatment was seven days.All data was analyzed with SAS9.0.Results:The effective rate in the control group was 73.33%and that in the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 were 85.00%and 91.67%respectively.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of chest and knee reclining position and moxibustion on Zhiyin(BL67)in order to rectify malpresentation is effective and has high success rate.It is a safe and reliable method for patients without obvious side effects and convenient operation.
