探讨原络配穴法的临床研究进展

目的:归纳、总结原络配穴法目前的临床应用特点,找出其存在的争议性问题,借此引发中国同仁对该问题的深入思考与研究,以便于不断完善原络配穴法的临床应用。方法:通过查阅与原络配穴法相关的中医古籍和检索知网、万方等数据库近年来有关原络配穴法的临床应用文献,归纳、总结出原络配穴法目前的临床应用特点。结果:原络配穴法主要包括表里经原络配穴法、本经原络配穴法和异经原络配穴法三种;其中,临床上应用最多的是表里经原络配穴法,其强调取先病经脉的原穴与后病经脉络穴相配伍的取穴原则,但未阐述当表里经脉病变无先后顺序差异时,又该取何经原穴与何经络穴相配等问题;同时,研究表明,原络配穴法在临床上主要用于治疗神经系统、运动系统及其他系统相关疾病的治疗,且疗效显著,但其也未提及取原、络穴时,是否应考虑其与经脉虚实病变相关。结论:目前,原络配穴法的临床应用主要体现于对神经系统、运动系统及其他系统相关疾病治疗方面具有一定优势,较少涉及其他临床常见病的治疗;但对其存在的问题而言,在某种程度上限制了原络配穴法的主治范围。为了能全面而准确地应用原络配穴法以提高临床疗效,今后应针对原、络穴的选取原则是否与表里经病变顺序、经脉虚实相关做进一步研究学习。

Objective:To sum up and summarize the clinical application characteristics of the matching method of the original points and collateral points.Methods:By reviewing ancient Chinese medicine and searching clinical application literature related to the matching method of the original points and collateral points in recent years through China Knowledge Network,it summed up and summarized the clinical application characteristics.Results:The clinical application of the matching method of the original points and collateral points mainly included three methods:the combination of the exterior and interior meridian,the original meridian and the other meridians.Among of them,the former is the most common in clinical practice.It emphasizes the principle of selecting acupoints that match the original acupoints of the first meridians and the meridian points of posterior ailments.However,there is no mention how to select the original points and collateral points when there is no difference in the order of menstrual lesions.At the same time,the studies have shown that the method is mainly used to treat nervous system,motor system and other system-related diseases,and the curative effect is significant,but it also fails to mention whether it should be taken into consideration related to pathological changes when meridians and original points are weaken or strong.Conclusion:At present,the method is mainly reflected in the treatment of nervous system,motor system and other system-related diseases,and the curative effect is significant.But in terms of its problems,it has limited the scope of the main treatment of itself.Therefore,in order to make full use of the matching method of the original points and collateral points,we should further strengthen to study whether the principles of selection of its related to pathological changes when meridians and original points are weaken or strong in the future.
