TAN Yi′s Experience in Treating Senile Sweating Syndrome from Heart

汗证是老年人群常见病或疾病伴发症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。老年人由于高龄机体老化、免疫力下降、全身组织器官功能衰退,常见病程缠绵难愈。谭毅教授基于《素问·宣明五气篇》'五脏化液,心为汗'理论,强调汗为心之所主,临床出现的汗证多与心有关,生理上心与汗液密切相关,也决定了其在病理上必然相互影响。谭毅教授临证中发现老年汗证患者多伴有心悸、胸闷、气短、失眠多梦等心系症状,治疗时从心论治,常获良效。

Sweating syndrome is a common disease or disease associated with symptoms in the elderly,which affects the quality of life of patients seriously.Because of aging,immunity decline,systemic tissue and organ function decline,the disease is often difficult to heal.Based on the theory that'the five Zang organs turn into liquid and the heart lquid is the sweat',Professor TAN Yi emphasizes that sweat is the master of the heart.The clinical manifestations of sweat syndrome are mostly related to the heart,and physiologically,the heart is closely related to sweat.It also determines that it must interact with each other on pathologically.Professor TAN Yi found that sweating syndrome patients with heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,insomnia and dreams and other heart symptoms can obtain good effect by the treatment from heart.
