摘要
通过分析变应性鼻炎的发病机制,从黏膜免疫系统与中医卫气、自主神经系统与中医寒证、Th1/Th2细胞平衡与阴阳的关系,探讨炎症机制与中医虚寒证型的相关性,阐明益气温阳法是治疗变应性鼻炎的重要方法,为防治变应性鼻炎提供参考。
Combined with modern medical inflammation mechanism of allergic rhinitis,from the relationship of mucosal immune system and Weiqi,autonomic nervous system and cold syndrome,Th1/Th2 cells balance and Yin-Yang,this article investigates the correlation between the mechanism of inflammation and deficiency-cold syndrome.It is clarified that the method of tonifying Qi and warming Yang is an important method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
