艾灸治疗稳定期局限性白癜风临床研究

Clinical Study on Moxibustion for Treatment of Localized Vitiligo in Stable Stage

目的:探究艾灸对稳定期局限性白癜风的治疗作用。方法:60例白癜风、稳定期患者,随机分为治疗组(A组)、对照组(B组)。治疗组、对照组均口服维生素B2,螺旋藻胶囊、甘草锌颗粒。在口服上述药物的同时,治疗组每日用艾条灸阿是穴(白斑处)及'灸癜风'穴各30 min,采用温和灸补法,悬灸,1次/d;对照组靶皮损外用凡士林软膏,2次/d。3月为1个疗程,共2个疗程,以靶皮损面积作为观察指标。结果:艾灸对稳定期局限性患者具有较好的治疗效果,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且无明显副作用。结论:艾灸对白癜风具有一定的治疗作用,且安全无明显不良反应。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on stable and localized vitiligo.Methods:Sixty patients of stable and localized vitiligo,were randomly divided into treatment group(group A)and control group(group B).Treatment and control groups were both given oral vitamin B2,spirulina capsules,licorice and zinc particles.Patients of group A were treated with mild moxibustion at Ashi point(leukoplakia area)and Jiudianfeng point by reinforcing method,once a day,30 minutes for each acupoint.Patients of group B were treated with topical petrolatum ointment,twice a day.Three months was a course and we observed two courses by taking the area of target lesions as the index.Results:Moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect on vitiligo.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the safety analysis had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Moxibustion has a therapeutic effect on vitiligo.Moxibustion was safety and has no obvious side effects.
