中医药治疗过敏性疾病的用药规律研究

Study on the regularity of traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of allergic Diseases

目的:探讨临床治疗过敏性疾病的用药特点。方法:检索中国知网数据库,查阅1953年6月—2018年3月以来国内公开发表的中医药治疗过敏性疾病的相关文献153篇,分析临床中医治疗过敏性疾病的用药类别特点。结果:查阅出治疗过敏性疾病的文献中,用药方剂138首,用药197味,其中补虚药、解表药、清热药用药频率较高,累计达62. 79%,累计用药次数最多为甘草82次,其次是防风、白芍、蝉蜕、茯苓、当归在30次左右。结论:过敏性疾病的用药体现了中医'对外祛风'及'对内滋养'的整体用药特点,为临床治疗过敏性疾病提供理论借鉴。

Objective:To explore the medication characteristics of treatment for anaphylactic diseases.Methods:Retrieving from the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),153 literatures dealing with treating the anaphylactic diseases with therapy of Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)between Jun.1953 and Mar.2018 are referred and analyzed in order to analyze the TCM medication characteristics of clinic treatment for anaphylactic diseases.Results:In these literatures,there are a total of 197 kinds of TCM drugs and 138 prescriptions,of which tonic,antipyretic and relieving drugs are frequently used,reaching up to 62.79%of the drug uses.The most frequently used drug is licorice which has been used for 82 times.The windbreak,radices paeoniae alba,cicada slough,tuckahoe and angelica are secondary to the licorice for about 30 times uses.Conclusion:The medications for anaphylactic diseases reflect the integral medication characteristics of TCM featuring'dispelling the wind from the exterior'and'nourishing the interior',which provides the theoretical reference for the clinic treatment of anaphylactic diseases.
