麻黄附子细辛汤联合耳穴贴压对过敏性结膜炎患者血清及泪液ECP、HA、LTB4的影响

Study on Effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Sticking on Serum and Tear ECP,HA and LTB4 in Patients with Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的:探讨麻黄附子细辛汤联合耳穴贴压对过敏性结膜炎患者血清及泪液ECP、HA、LTB4的影响。方法:将2016年11月—2018年2月本院72例过敏性结膜炎患者,随机分为两组,各36例,对照组采用眼睑冷敷、生理盐水冲洗及配戴深色眼镜、人工泪液治疗;在此基础上,观察组采用麻黄附子细辛汤联合耳穴贴压治疗,治疗4周后评价疗效。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清及泪液嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)、组胺(histamine,HA)、白三烯B4(leukotriene B4,LTB4),记录不良反应状况。结果:对照组有效率77. 78%低于观察组94. 44%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后对照组和观察组血清ECP分别为(6. 11±2. 27)μg/L、(4. 36±1. 86)μg/L,血清HA分别为(93. 76±14. 20)μg/L、(81. 28±13. 24)μg/L,血清LTB4分别为(89. 62±14. 16) pg/mL、(78. 62±13. 46) pg/mL,泪液ECP分别为(6. 53±4. 01)μg/L、(3. 29±2. 44)μg/L,泪液HA分别为(60. 94±12. 35)μg/L、(41. 13±10. 59)μg/L,泪液LTB4分别为(35. 16±10. 57) pg/mL、(22. 69±9. 61) pg/mL,对照组和观察组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对照组不良率8. 33%与观察组不良率13. 89%比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:麻黄附子细辛汤联合耳穴贴压对过敏性结膜炎患者的疗效显著,有利于降低血清及泪液ECP、HA、LTB4含量,且患者可以耐受,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking on serum and tear ECP,HA and LTB4 in patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:Seventy-two patients with allergic conjunctivitis in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group received cold compress of eyelids,saline irrigation,dark glasses and artificial tears.The observation group addtionally received Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum and tear eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),histamine(HA),leukotriene B4(LTB4)were compared between the two groups and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The effective rate of the control group(77.78%)was lower than the observation group’s 94.44%(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum ECP of control group and observation group were(6.11±2.27)μg/L and(4.36±1.86)μg/L,the serum HA were(93.76±14.20)μg/L and(81.28±13.24)μg/L,the serumLTB4 were(89.62±14.16)pg/mL and(78.62±13.46)pg/mL,the tear ECP were(6.53±4.01)μg/L and(3.29±2.44)μg/L,levels of HA in the tear were(60.94±12.35)μg/L and(41.13±10.59)μg/L,and the LTB4 of the tear were(35.16±10.57)pg/mL and(22.69±9.61)pg/mL,respectively.The difference between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse rate between the control group and the observation group(8.33%vs 13.89%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with auricular acupoint sticking has a significant effect on allergic conjunctivitis patients,which is conducive to reducing the levels of ECP,HA and LTB4 in serum and tear,and can be tolerated by patients,and is worthy of promotion.
