龙胆泻肝汤加减对肝胆火炽型前葡萄膜炎患者外周血中炎性因子的影响

Effect of Longgan Xiegan Decoction on Inflammatory Factors in Peripheral Blood of Anterior Uveitis Patients with Burning-Heat in Liver and Gallbladder Type

目的:探讨龙胆泻肝汤加减对肝胆火炽型前葡萄膜炎患者的治疗作用及对其外周血中炎性因子的影响。方法:肝胆火炽型前葡萄膜炎患者86例随机分为两组,44例患者采用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合西药治疗,42例患者采用单纯西药治疗,观察其疗效。并用ELISA检测两组患者治疗前后外周血中IFN-γ、IL-17、IL-10的表达。结果:观察6个月后发现,龙胆泻肝汤治疗组治愈率明显优于西药治疗对照组,视力提高类于西药治疗对照组,复发率明显低于西药治疗对照组。龙胆泻肝汤治疗组外周血中IFN-γ、IL-17的含量治疗后明显降低,与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),IL-10的含量治疗后明显升高,与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗肝胆火炽型前葡萄膜炎可以明显提高患者的视力,提高治愈率,减少患者的复发,可能是通过调控肝胆火炽型前葡萄膜炎患者外周血中炎性因子的表达达到治疗作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect on inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of Modified Longgan Xiegan Decoction on anterior uveitis with burning-heat in the liver and gallbladder type.Methods:Eighty-six patients with anterior uveitis with burning-heat in the liver and gallbladder type were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Modified Longgan Xiegan Decoction combined with western medicine,while the control group used western medicine only.The expressions of IFN-γ,IL-17 and IL-10 in peripheral blood before and after treatment were detected by ELISA.Results:After treatment for six months,the cure rate of treatment group were obviously superior to that of the control group.The improvement of patients’vision in treatment group was similar to that of the control group.However,the recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group.The levels of IFN-γand IL-17 in the peripheral blood of Longgan Xiegan Decoction group were significantly lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of IL-10 was significantly increased after treatment of Longgan Xiegan Decoction.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Modified Longgan Xiegan Decoction can increase the patients’vision in the treatment of anterior uveitis with burning-heat in the liver and gallbladder,whereas the recovery rate and the recurrence rate were apparently better than those of the control group.This may be achieved by regulating the expressions of inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with hepatobiliary anterior uveitis.
