中药“形气效理”概念探析

Approach to Conception of Xing-Qi Herbal Nature Utility Theory

'形气'效理是中医在自然整体层面,探究药物作用机理和功效的一种理论模式;是以药物为观察对象,以'象'为切入点,考察药物在自然状态下的呈现出的形象和气象,推理药物的性能与功效。内容包括:①审形:观其色、听其声、嗅其气、嚼其味、察其形、验其体;②求气:从外在气化环境及物性之殊能,求其禀气和禀性。形不违气,气不违理。药有以形气为用者,皆可据之为辨。

Xing-Qi Herbal Nature Utility Theory is a theoretical model of exploring the mechanism and efficacy of Chinese Herbal Medicine at the natural holistic level.It is characterized by taking herbals as the object of observation,and taking Xiang as the breakthrough point.Then,it can be used to analyze the performance and efficacy of herbals by investigating the Xing-Xiang and Qi-Xiang in natural conditions.The main contents include as follows:①Analyzing the Xing-Xiang:observing its color,listening to its voice,sniffing its smell,chewing its taste,observing its shape and examining its body.②Analyzing the Qi-xiang from the environment and the special ability of herbal′s original bodies.There is no violation between Xing and Qi.Many Chinese herbal utilities can be identified according to this theory.
