穴位贴敷联合补元聪脑汤治疗轻度认知功能障碍疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Buyuan Congnao Decoction in Treatment of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction

目的:观察穴位贴敷益智散联合补元聪脑汤治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:按照随机化原则,将60例轻度认知功能障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均采用常规治疗,对照组给予奥拉西坦胶囊0.8 g日3次口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用益智散穴位贴敷及中药汤剂补元聪脑汤。观察治疗前后两组患者简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、韦氏记忆量表延迟故事回忆(DSR)评分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分情况,观察两组患者血清Aβ1-42及P-tau水平,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为78.57%,对照组为51.72%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后两组患者MMSE评分及ADL评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清Aβ1-42及P-tau水平明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后MMSE评分及ADL评分与对照组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益智散穴位贴敷联合补元聪脑汤是防治轻度认知功能障碍的有效疗法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application with Yizhi Powder combined with Buyuan Congnao Decoction on mild cognitive dysfunction.Methods:According to the principle of randomization,60 patients with mild cognitive impairment were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy.The treatment group was treated with Yizhi Powder acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine decoction Buyuan Congnao Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.Before and after treatment,mini-mental sate examination scale(mini-mental sate examination)scores,delayed story memory recall(DSR)scores and activity of daily living scale(ADL)scores were observed and compared between the two groups.The serum levels of Aβ1-42 and P-tau were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 78.57%in the treatment group and 51.72%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly different from those of the same group before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the levels of serum Aβ1-42 and P-tau were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).The MMSE scores and ADL scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yizhi Powder acupoint application combined with Buyuan Congnao Decoction is an effective treatment for mild cognitive dysfunction.
