活血补肾加针刺治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Thin Endometrium with Activating Blood, Nourishing Kidney and Acupuncture

目的:探讨活血补肾加针刺治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年6月本院住院及门诊的薄型子宫内膜患者60例,依据随机数字表法分为中西组和常治组,每组30例,常治组给予常规西医(戊酸雌二醇片)治疗,中西组在此基础上给予活血补肾加针刺治疗,比较两组子宫内膜厚度(ET)、雌二醇(E2)、治疗疗效、妊娠结局。结果:中西组和常治组治疗后ET、E2明显高于治疗前,中西组治疗后ET、E2明显高于常治组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西组治疗有效率、自然妊娠率明显高于常治组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血补肾加针刺治疗可有效改善薄型子宫内膜患者ET、E2,有利于提高患者治疗疗效及自然妊娠率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the clinical study on treatment of thin endometrium with activating blood,nourishing kidney and acupuncture.Methods:Sxity patients with thin endometrium were selected from January 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital.According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into Chinese and Western Group(30 cases)and routine treatment group(30 cases).Routine treatment group received conventional Western Medicine(Estradiol Valerate Tablets)treatment.The western and Chinese groups on the basis were given blood activating,kidney tonifying and acupuncture treatment.Endometrial thickness(ET),estradiol(E2),therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatmen,ET and E2 of Chinese and Western group and routine treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of Chinese and Western group were significantly lower than those of the routine treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate and natural pregnancy rate in the Chinese and Western group were significantly higher than those in the routine treatment group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Activating blood,tonifying kidney and acupuncture can effectively improve ET and E2 in patients with thin endometrium.It is beneficial to improve the curative effect and natural pregnancy rate of patients.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
