Essence of Clinical Experience of JIN Weimin Treating Renal Proteinuria

蛋白尿是临床常见病、多发病。金伟民教授从事慢性肾脏病医教研三十余载,对肾性蛋白尿的诊疗经验丰富,疗效显著。文章旨在对金老师诊治肾性蛋白尿的经验与思路进行归纳总结。金老师认为脾肾亏虚为本病的发病之基,湿热瘀邪为重要的致病因素,在诊疗过程中要重视脏腑经络辨证。

Proteinuria is a common and frequently-occurring disease.Professor JIN Weimin has been engaged in the teaching and research of chronic kidney disease for more than 30 years.He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of renal proteinuria.This article aims to sum up the experience and ideas of Professor JIN in the diagnosis and treatment of renal proteinuria.Professor JIN considers that deficiency of spleen and kidney is the basis of the disease,damp-heat and blood stasis are the important pathogenic factors,and we should pay attention to the syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu and meridians in the process of diagnosis and treatment.
