吴耀南从肝脾生理病理关系治疗腰痛的学术思想

WU Yaonan’s Academic Thought in Treatment of Low Back Pain from Physiological and Pathological Relationship of Liver and Spleen

文章旨在阐述全国名老中医吴耀南教授从肝脾生理病理关系着手治疗腰痛病的学术思想。以往医家多从外感、肾虚、瘀血、闪挫论治腰痛病,鲜有从肝脾论治者,本文以古代医籍文献为基础,从肝郁气滞、肝血亏虚、脾气虚弱、脾虚湿蕴、肝木横向乘脾、脾土反侮肝木等病机对腰痛病论治进行理论探讨。吴教授提出利用柴胡疏肝散、逍遥散、四物艽活汤、二陈汤,以及补中益气汤等有健脾、理脾、疏肝、养肝等效果的方剂,对腰痛病有良好疗效,已成为多数医家的常用方剂。

This article aims to expound the academic thought of the famous Chinese medicine doctor WU Yaonan from the physiological and pathological relationshop between liver and spleen to treat low back pain.Doctors in the past seldom concerned about the treatment of liver and spleen,but more about lumbago from exogenous,kidney deficiency,blood stasis and flash contusion.This article,based on ancient medical literature,discussed the theory on treatment of lumbago from the stagnation of liver Qi,liver blood deficiency,deficiency of spleen Qi,spleen deficiency and dampness and liver-wood exploiting spleen.Professor WU proposed to use Chaihu Shugan Powder,Erchen Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder which have good effect on tonifying spleen,soothing liver,nourishing liver,and also have good effect on low back pain.These prescriptions become common choice for most doctors.
